Shipping policy

To submit an exchange request, please visit our Exchange Center at spottedsparrow.myreturnscenter.com. 

My number one priority is to ensure that you are happy with your purchase!  If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your item(s), I will do everything I can to work with you on finding something that fits you better.  

• All items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Tags must be attached and items must be unwashed and unworn
• You will receive store credit for the original purchase price
• All sale items are final sale, no exceptions
• All custom orders and graphic tees are final sale
• Return shipping is at the responsibility of the customer and original shipping costs will not be refunded unless you have received a defective item
